Community Guidelines
Free Money Meister helps users connect, learn, and engage with others in the Free Money Meister community. These Community Guidelines explain the standards that apply when participating in our community and should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
We encourage respectful discussion, differing viewpoints, and constructive participation while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. By using community features, you agree to follow these Guidelines and applicable law.
1. Hate Speech and Discrimination
Do not attack, threaten, dehumanize, or promote hatred or discrimination against individuals or groups based on protected or personal characteristics, including race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or expression, disability, age, or other characteristics protected by applicable law.
We encourage respectful disagreement and discussion, but we do not permit threats, targeted harassment, calls for violence, dehumanizing statements, or hateful symbols used to intimidate or attack others. These standards also apply to usernames, profile information, images, messages, and other content shared through Free Money Meister.
2. Terrorism and Violent Extremism
Free Money Meister prohibits content that promotes, praises, supports, recruits for, or facilitates terrorist organizations, violent extremist organizations, or acts of terrorism or politically motivated violence.
Users may not use Free Money Meister to threaten terrorist or extremist violence, recruit participants, provide instructions intended to facilitate violent attacks, solicit prohibited material support, or celebrate acts of terrorism or violent extremism in a manner that encourages further violence.
Educational, documentary, newsworthy, or counterspeech discussions of terrorism or extremism may be permitted when they do not promote or facilitate violence.
3. Violence, Threats, and Self-Harm
Do not threaten, encourage, glorify, or facilitate violence against another person or group. Content depicting extremely graphic violence may also be removed or restricted.
Content that encourages, instructs, glorifies, or assists suicide or self-harm is prohibited. However, users may discuss recovery, personal experiences, prevention, or seek support concerning suicide or self-harm, provided the content does not encourage or instruct others to engage in harmful behavior.
Where we reasonably believe there is an imminent risk of serious physical harm, Free Money Meister may take appropriate safety measures, including contacting emergency services or law enforcement where permitted or required by law.
4. Sexual and Graphic Content
Do not post pornographic, sexually explicit, or excessively graphic content on Free Money Meister.
Free Money Meister does not permit pornographic, sexually explicit, or excessively graphic content. This includes explicit sexual activity, graphic sexual violence, and excessively graphic depictions of serious injury or death.
Content may also be removed or restricted where it is inappropriate for the Free Money Meister community, even if it does not otherwise violate the law.
5. Sexual Harassment
Do not sexually harass other members of the Free Money Meister community.
Free Money Meister prohibits unwanted sexual conduct directed at another person. This includes unwanted sexual advances, sexually explicit or degrading comments directed at another person, unwanted sexual propositions or requests, repeated sexual communications after a person has indicated that the contact is unwanted, and other targeted sexual conduct intended to harass, intimidate, humiliate, or exploit another person.
Users must not pressure, threaten, manipulate, or coerce another person into engaging in sexual activity or providing sexual or intimate content.
These rules apply to public content as well as private messages and other communications made through Free Money Meister.
6. Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery
Do not create, post, share, or threaten to share intimate content involving another person without their consent.
Free Money Meister prohibits the unauthorized posting, sharing, distribution, or threatened distribution of intimate images or videos depicting another person. This includes content that was originally created or obtained with consent but is later shared without the depicted person's consent.
This prohibition also applies to digitally altered, AI-generated, or synthetic intimate imagery that realistically depicts or represents an identifiable individual.
Users may not use intimate imagery or threats involving intimate imagery to harass, intimidate, exploit, blackmail, or coerce another person. This includes sextortion and similar conduct.
Free Money Meister may remove prohibited content and take appropriate action against accounts that violate this policy. Individuals depicted in qualifying non-consensual intimate imagery may also request removal through Free Money Meister's designated reporting process.
7. Bullying and Harassment
Do not engage in targeted harassment, bullying, intimidation, threats, or repeated unwanted contact with another person.
Prohibited behavior may include repeated targeted insults, threats, sexual harassment, encouraging others to harass someone, maliciously sharing private information, or other conduct intended to intimidate, humiliate, or seriously harm another user.
Good-faith disagreement, criticism, and debate are not prohibited merely because another person finds them offensive.
8. Privacy and Personal Information
Be respectful of the privacy of others.
Do not share another person's private or sensitive personal information without authorization, particularly where doing so could expose that person to harassment, fraud, identity theft, stalking, or physical harm.
This includes doxxing and unauthorized disclosure of information such as home addresses, personal phone numbers, financial account information, authentication credentials, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information.
Do not threaten to expose another person's private information as a means of intimidation, harassment, or coercion.
9. Illegal and Regulated Activities
Much like in the real world, don’t break the law when you use Free Money Meister.
Users may not use Free Money Meister to facilitate, promote, solicit, or engage in unlawful transactions or criminal activity.
Users also may not use the platform to unlawfully buy, sell, distribute, or facilitate access to controlled substances, prescription medications, weapons, regulated goods, age-restricted products, gambling services, or other products or services where the transaction violates applicable law.
Free Money Meister also prohibits content that facilitates fraud, money laundering, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or other serious criminal activity.
10. Impersonation and Deceptive Identity Practices
Be yourself. Don't deceive others about who you are.
Do not impersonate another person, company, organization, or brand in a manner intended or likely to deceive others.
This includes deceptive accounts, fabricated credentials, manipulated communications, cloned voices, AI-generated likenesses, deepfakes, or other synthetic media used to falsely represent another person's identity, statements, actions, or affiliation.
Parody or satire may be permitted when it is reasonably clear that the account or content is not authentic and is not being used to deceive or defraud others.
11. Deceptive Content and Manipulated Media
Don't deliberately deceive others with false or manipulated content.
Do not knowingly use false, materially misleading, manipulated, or synthetic content to deceive others in a manner likely to cause significant harm.
This includes materially deceptive AI-generated or manipulated media that falsely portrays a real person as saying or doing something they did not say or do, particularly where the content is used for fraud, impersonation, harassment, exploitation, or other harmful deception.
Satire, parody, creative works, and clearly disclosed manipulated or AI-generated content are not prohibited solely because they have been digitally altered.
12. Fraud, Scams, Phishing and Financial Manipulation
Don’t use Free Money Meister to spam, scam, defraud, or financially exploit others.
Users may not use Free Money Meister to engage in fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, deceptive financial solicitations, pyramid or unlawful investment schemes, account takeover attempts, or other activities designed to obtain money, credentials, personal information, or financial information through deception.
Users may not make deceptive guarantees of financial returns, impersonate financial institutions or other users, or use manipulated or AI-generated content to facilitate fraud.
Users also may not artificially manipulate engagement, reviews, recommendations, transactions, or community activity. Bulk or automated messaging, coordinated inauthentic activity, or use of multiple accounts to spam users, artificially amplify content, or disrupt conversations is prohibited.
13. Intellectual Property Infringement
Respect the intellectual property of others.
Respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not upload or share content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
Before sharing content, make sure you own the applicable rights, have permission or a license to use it, or otherwise have a lawful basis for its use.
Copyright owners or their authorized representatives may report alleged infringement through our designated copyright reporting process.
14. Malware and Cybersecurity Abuse
Don’t share malicious programs.
Do not use Free Money Meister to distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, malicious code, credential-stealing tools, phishing materials, or other technology intended to compromise accounts, devices, networks, or data.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or Free Money Meister's systems, interfere with platform security, circumvent access controls, or encourage others to engage in malicious cybersecurity activity.
15. Safety of Minors
Protecting minors from exploitation, abuse, and inappropriate conduct is a priority at Free Money Meister.
Free Money Meister strictly prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors. This includes grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sexualization of minors, sextortion, trafficking or exploitation, and requesting, possessing, distributing, or facilitating access to CSAM.
Users may not use Free Money Meister to engage in inappropriate sexual communications with minors, request sexual or intimate content from minors, encourage minors to engage in sexual activity, or otherwise exploit or endanger a minor.
We may remove prohibited content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information where permitted or required by law, and report apparent child sexual exploitation or other threats to the safety of minors to appropriate authorities or organizations where permitted or required by applicable law.
16. Reporting Violations
Help us keep the Free Money Meister community safe.
If you believe that content, an account, or another user's conduct violates these Community Guidelines, you may report it using the reporting tools or contact information provided by Free Money Meister.
When submitting a report, please provide enough information for us to identify and evaluate the content or conduct at issue. Depending on the circumstances, this may include the relevant username, content, message, link, screenshot, or a description of the conduct being reported.
Free Money Meister may review reported content and conduct and take appropriate action in accordance with these Community Guidelines, our Terms and Conditions, and applicable law.
Certain types of content, including non-consensual intimate imagery, intellectual property infringement, or content involving the exploitation of minors, may be subject to specialized reporting and removal procedures.
17. Enforcement
Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in action by Free Money Meister.
When we determine that content or conduct violates these Guidelines, we may take action appropriate to the nature and severity of the violation. Actions may include removing or restricting content, issuing a warning, limiting access to certain community features, temporarily suspending an account, or permanently terminating an account.
Serious violations may result in immediate content removal, suspension, or termination without a prior warning. Repeated violations may result in increasingly restrictive enforcement actions.
When determining the appropriate action, we may consider factors such as the nature and severity of the violation, the potential or actual harm caused, the context of the conduct, previous violations, and applicable legal requirements.
Where permitted or required by law, Free Money Meister may preserve relevant information and cooperate with law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or other appropriate organizations regarding unlawful conduct, credible threats, child exploitation, or other serious safety concerns.
18. Review of Moderation Decisions
In certain circumstances, users may request a review of a content moderation or account enforcement decision made by Free Money Meister.
Where a review process is available, users may be asked to provide information explaining why they believe the decision should be reconsidered. We may review the original decision, the relevant content or conduct, information provided by the user, and any other relevant circumstances.
Following review, Free Money Meister may uphold, modify, or reverse the original decision.
The availability and scope of review may depend on the type of enforcement action, applicable law, and the circumstances of the violation.
19. Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery Removal Requests
Free Money Meister prohibits non-consensual intimate imagery as described in Section 6 of these Community Guidelines.
Individuals depicted in intimate images or videos that have been shared without their consent may submit a request for removal through Free Money Meister's designated reporting process. This may include qualifying digitally altered, AI-generated, or synthetic intimate imagery depicting an identifiable individual.
Removal requests should provide sufficient information to allow us to identify the content and evaluate the request. Additional information or certifications may be required where necessary to process a request in accordance with applicable law.
Free Money Meister will review qualifying requests and remove applicable content within the time required by law. Where required by applicable law, we will also make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies of qualifying content from our platform.
