Terms and Conditions

Certain Services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or maintaining your account and to update that information as necessary.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities that occur through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law. You must not share your account credentials with unauthorized persons or allow others to access Services through your account where such access is not permitted.

You may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, or create an account on behalf of another person unless you are authorized to do so.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the account is being used unlawfully or fraudulently, or suspension is reasonably necessary to protect Free Money Meister, our users, or the Services.

Certain Services may be purchased, sponsored, or administered by businesses, schools, coaches, educational organizations, or other entities (“Organization Customers”) for use by students, participants, employees, or other authorized users.

If you purchase or administer Services on behalf of an Organization Customer, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that organization and to agree to applicable terms relating to the Services.

Organization Customers are responsible for providing accurate information necessary to administer their participation in the Services and for ensuring that they have appropriate authority to provide personal information relating to individuals they enroll, invite, or otherwise authorize to use the Services.

Access purchased or provided by an Organization Customer may be subject to additional terms, order forms, seat limits, enrollment requirements, program terms, or other arrangements agreed between Free Money Meister and the Organization Customer.

Where Free Money Meister processes personal information on behalf of an Organization Customer, such processing may also be subject to an applicable Data Processing Agreement.

Free Money Meister provides educational content, courses, tools, coaching, and other products and services designed to support users in learning about scholarships, financial education, and related topics. The specific Services available may change from time to time.

Descriptions of particular Services, features, programs, pricing, eligibility requirements, or other terms may be provided on the applicable Service page, checkout page, order form, or other materials presented in connection with the Service.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our Services and educational content are provided for general educational and informational purposes. We do not guarantee that use of the Services will result in receiving a scholarship, financial award, admission, employment opportunity, or any particular financial or educational outcome.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the requirements, deadlines, eligibility criteria, terms, and instructions of any third-party scholarship, educational institution, financial aid program, or other opportunity that you choose to pursue.

The Services and their content, features, and functionality, including educational materials, courses, lessons, videos, text, graphics, logos, designs, software, and other materials provided by Free Money Meister (collectively, “FMM Content”), are owned by or licensed to Free Money Meister and are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.

Subject to these Terms and any additional terms applicable to a particular Service, Free Money Meister grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to access and use FMM Content solely for your own authorized personal, educational, or internal organizational use.

Except as permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized by Free Money Meister in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, commercially exploit, or otherwise use FMM Content outside the scope of the access granted to you.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Free Money Meister's intellectual property to you. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by Free Money Meister and the applicable rights holders.

Content owned by third parties remains the property of the applicable third-party rights holders and may be subject to additional terms or restrictions.

Certain Services may allow you to submit, upload, transmit, or otherwise provide content or materials to Free Money Meister, including responses, comments, messages, documents, feedback, photographs, or other materials (“User Content”).

You retain any ownership rights that you have in your User Content. By providing User Content through the Services, you grant Free Money Meister a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and otherwise use that User Content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, provide, administer, support, secure, and improve the Services and to fulfill the purposes for which you provided the User Content.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide your User Content and that our permitted use of it will not violate the rights of another person or entity.

You must not provide User Content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, harassing, infringing, invasive of another person's privacy, or otherwise violates these Terms or applicable law.

We may remove or restrict access to User Content where we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with applicable law, protect the Services or other users, or protect the rights or safety of Free Money Meister or others.

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback regarding the Services, we may use that feedback for lawful business purposes without obligation to compensate you, provided that doing so does not give us ownership of personal information or other materials that you do not have the right to transfer.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• use the Services in violation of applicable law or the rights of another person or entity;
• provide false or misleading information, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• share, sell, transfer, or provide unauthorized access to your account or to Services or content that are limited to authorized users;
• copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, systematically extract, or commercially exploit the Services or FMM Content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law;
• circumvent, disable, interfere with, or attempt to bypass security, authentication, access-control, or usage-limitation features;
• access or use the Services through unauthorized automated means, including bots, scripts, scrapers, or similar technologies;
• upload, transmit, or introduce malware, malicious code, or other material designed to interfere with or damage the Services or another person's device or data;
• interfere with, disrupt, overload, or impair the operation or security of the Services;
• use the Services to harass, threaten, abuse, defraud, or harm another person;
• submit or distribute content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• use the Services to send unauthorized advertising, spam, or other unsolicited communications; or
• use the Services for any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized commercial purpose.

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including restricting or suspending access to the Services, removing content, or terminating accounts, subject to applicable law.

The Services may contain links to, integrations with, or information about websites, applications, products, services, scholarships, educational institutions, financial resources, or other offerings provided by third parties.

Free Money Meister does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, security, privacy practices, terms, products, services, or conduct of third parties. The inclusion of a link, reference, or third-party resource does not necessarily constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by Free Money Meister.

Your interactions and transactions with third parties are between you and the applicable third party and may be subject to that third party's own terms and privacy practices.

You should review the applicable terms, eligibility requirements, deadlines, privacy policies, and other information provided by a third party before using its services, submitting information, or entering into a transaction.

If you submit a review, testimonial, rating, or other statement about your experience with Free Money Meister, you agree that it will reflect your honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences and will not contain false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited content.

We may moderate, decline to publish, or remove reviews or testimonials where permitted by applicable law and consistent with our policies. We will not condition incentives on a review expressing a particular positive or negative sentiment.

If you authorize us to use a review or testimonial in our marketing or promotional materials, we may reproduce, format, shorten, or make non-substantive edits to it, provided that we do not materially misrepresent your experience or opinions.

Where required by applicable law, material connections associated with testimonials or endorsements will be disclosed.

Certain Services require payment. The applicable price, payment schedule, billing terms, and other material purchase terms will be presented to you before you complete a purchase or will be set forth in an applicable order form, invoice, agreement, or other purchasing document.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing and payment information and authorize Free Money Meister and its payment processors to process charges associated with your purchase in accordance with the applicable payment terms.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. Your payment information may therefore be subject to the terms and privacy practices of the applicable payment processor.

Prices and available Services may change from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, a price change will not retroactively alter the price of a purchase that has already been completed.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, or other charges associated with your purchase where required by law or disclosed as part of the transaction.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or billing errors and, where appropriate, cancel or refuse a transaction affected by an error, subject to applicable law.

Certain Services may be offered on a subscription or recurring-payment basis. The applicable subscription period, price, billing frequency, and other material terms will be disclosed before you subscribe.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize Free Money Meister and its payment processors to charge the applicable recurring fees to your selected payment method at the disclosed billing intervals until the subscription is canceled or otherwise terminated in accordance with the applicable terms.

Unless otherwise disclosed at the time of purchase, cancellation of a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for amounts already paid.

You are responsible for maintaining current and valid payment information. If a payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to process the payment again and may suspend or terminate access to the applicable paid Services if payment remains outstanding, subject to applicable law.

Any free trial, promotional period, discount, or introductory offer will be subject to the terms disclosed when the offer is made, including any applicable eligibility requirements, duration, conversion to a paid subscription, and cancellation requirements.

Free Money Meister may offer Services to Organization Customers on a seat-based, enrollment-based, group, or other organizational basis.

The number of seats or authorized users, applicable fees, payment terms, access period, enrollment process, and other terms applicable to an Organization Customer may be set forth in an order form, invoice, proposal, separate agreement, or other purchasing document.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, access purchased for an Organization Customer may be used only by the number of authorized users or participants covered by the applicable purchase and may not be resold, transferred, shared, or provided to unauthorized persons.

An Organization Customer may be permitted to designate administrators, managers, coaches, or other authorized representatives to manage enrollments or access on its behalf. The Organization Customer is responsible for ensuring that its representatives are authorized to perform those activities.

Where an Organization Customer pays for access on behalf of a student or participant, the student or participant will not be required under these Terms to separately purchase the same access that has already been validly purchased for that individual by the Organization Customer.

Cancellation and refund rights may vary depending on the Service purchased, the applicable purchasing arrangement, and applicable law.

For subscriptions, you may cancel future renewals in accordance with the cancellation method made available through your account or by contacting Free Money Meister. Unless otherwise stated in the terms applicable to your purchase, cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current paid subscription period.

Except where otherwise stated in an applicable refund policy, order form, agreement, or other terms presented at the time of purchase, amounts already paid are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, refund, withdrawal, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.

If an Organization Customer purchases Services under a separate agreement, invoice, order form, or other purchasing arrangement, cancellation and refund rights may instead be governed by that arrangement.

Certain Services may include scheduled coaching sessions, consultations, meetings, or other appointments.

Any applicable scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, late-arrival, or missed-appointment requirements will be communicated in connection with the applicable Service or appointment.

Where a cancellation or missed-appointment fee applies, the amount and applicable conditions will be disclosed before the fee becomes applicable.

We may reschedule or cancel an appointment where reasonably necessary. If Free Money Meister cancels a paid appointment and does not provide a reasonable alternative, we will provide any remedy required by the applicable purchasing terms or applicable law.

Our collection, use, disclosure, and other processing of personal information in connection with the Services is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference where applicable.

Certain Services may also be subject to additional privacy or data protection terms, including a Data Processing Agreement where applicable.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES AND FMM CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. FREE MONEY MEISTER DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPLETELY SECURE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

FREE MONEY MEISTER PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL SERVICES. UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED OTHERWISE, FMM CONTENT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE INDIVIDUALIZED FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TAX, ACCOUNTING, LEGAL, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT USE OF THE SERVICES WILL RESULT IN RECEIVING A SCHOLARSHIP, FINANCIAL AWARD, ADMISSION, EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY, FINANCIAL BENEFIT, OR ANY OTHER PARTICULAR RESULT.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features or portions of the Services from time to time, subject to any contractual commitments and applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the Services or any particular feature will be available at all times or without interruption. Access may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party service disruptions, security concerns, circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or other operational reasons.

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to the Services, including descriptions, availability, and other information.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FREE MONEY MEISTER AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF FREE MONEY MEISTER AND ITS AFFILIATES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FREE MONEY MEISTER FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OR THEORY OF LIABILITY.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY TO THE EXTENT THAT SUCH LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Cancellation of a paid subscription or other purchased Service is governed by Section 13 and any additional terms applicable to your purchase.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to some or all of the Services if we reasonably determine that:

• you have materially or repeatedly violated these Terms or other applicable terms;
• your use of the Services is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or harmful;
• your use creates a security, legal, or operational risk to Free Money Meister, the Services, or another person;
• payment required for a paid Service remains outstanding; or
• suspension or termination is required by applicable law or a governmental or regulatory authority.

We may also discontinue a Service or terminate access for legitimate business or operational reasons, subject to applicable contractual obligations and applicable law.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the affected Services will cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and other accrued rights or obligations.

Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund except as provided in Section 13, applicable purchasing terms, or applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Free Money Meister and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:

• your material violation of these Terms;
• your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services;
• User Content you provide through the Services that infringes or violates the rights of a third party; or
• your violation of applicable law or the rights of another person or entity.

We reserve the right to assume control of the defense of a matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to reasonably cooperate with us in the defense of such matter.

This section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Free Money Meister respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content available through the Services infringes a copyright that you own or are authorized to enforce, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

A DMCA notice should include:

• identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of those works;
• identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate the material;
• your name and contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law;
• a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; and
• your physical or electronic signature.

If material you submitted is removed or disabled in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification in accordance with the DMCA.

We may terminate or restrict accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of any protection provided by the mandatory laws of the jurisdiction in which the consumer resides where those protections cannot lawfully be waived.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings concerning a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, you and Free Money Meister agree to make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute informally.

A party seeking informal resolution should provide the other party with written notice describing the nature of the dispute and the requested resolution. Notices to Free Money Meister may be sent to info@freemoneymeister.com.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue available remedies in accordance with applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any judicial proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in a state or federal court having jurisdiction in Maryland, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, our business practices, legal requirements, or other circumstances.

When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of the Terms. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes or obtain consent before applying changes.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using the affected Services.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any policies, order forms, additional terms, or agreements expressly incorporated into them or applicable to a particular Service, constitute the agreement between you and Free Money Meister concerning the subject matter they cover.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or, where necessary, severed, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

No Waiver. Our failure to exercise or enforce a right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights or obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or other business transaction, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Force Majeure. We will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

No Agency. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, or agency relationship between you and Free Money Meister.

Headings. Section headings are provided for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
